Year 11 English
Year 11 is your introduction to Ormiston Senior College and NCEA. During the course of the year you will complete a mixture of both internal and external assessments.
We will study a range of texts and compose various pieces of writing such as, Formal Reports, Analytical Essays, and Creative Writing.
In terms of Analysis, we will study Written Texts (Short Stories, Novels, and Poetry) and and Visual Text (Film) which will be assessed in the External Examination at the end of the year.
